OUP/Humphrey Milford, 1933, London, first ed. black/white frontispiece and plates throughout. Includes autograph letter by Murray sent with the book as a personal present, also newspaper cuttings and some pencil marginalia (possibly Murray).

Bound in full blue goat with leather inlays and silver/metallic tooling, paste paper end papers made by the binder, hand sewn silk headbands.
